About the Author

Deanna Lynn Sletten loves old western stories and much like Will Long, the character in her novel Outlaw Heroes, she is intrigued by stories of Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid. She has researched these outlaws for many years and finds it interesting that these two men were so opposite from each other and yet they were the closest of friends.

 

Deanna has two grown children and lives in northern Minnesota with her husband, five cats and beautiful Australian Shepherd. When she isn't writing, she enjoys walking the wooded trails with her dog or relaxing in the boat on the lake.
